Terms & Conditions 918 KIS – Platform Usage Terms

These Terms & Conditions take effect as soon as you click the "Register", "Agree" button, or access any part of the 918 KIS platform. Continued use of the 918 KIS platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The 918 KIS platform is a digital entertainment service offering a wide range of online games, including slots, baccarat, casino table games, live casino, football betting (covering the Malaysia Super League and EPL), badminton, and various other game categories. All services are subject to the Terms & Conditions set out herein.

918 KIS reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the most current version of the terms.

To register and use the 918 KIS platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not hold an active or previously suspended account on the 918 KIS platform

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at 918 KIS. Multiple account ownership — whether under your own name or using another person's information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

918 KIS reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time. Members who fail to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may have their deposit, withdrawal, or overall platform access restricted.

918 KIS accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Digital Banking: DuitNow (QR & Transfer)
• FPX Internet Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Berhad, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat, and other Malaysian banks supporting FPX

The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). 918 KIS does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. 918 KIS does not charge any fees on deposit transactions; however, third-party payment service providers may apply their own charges.

Accounts receiving deposits must use a payment method registered under the account holder's own name. Deposits via third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account restrictions and a refund to the original source.

918 KIS members are entitled to withdraw funds from their account balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction
• The account must have successfully completed identity verification (KYC)
• Any active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement must first be completed or cancelled
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, or be a bank account held in the same member's name
• Withdrawals will be processed to the member's Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, or Malaysian bank account

918 KIS is committed to processing all withdrawals within 15 minutes from the time the request is received. In exceptional circumstances, such as additional security verification requirements, processing may take up to 24 hours. Members will be notified if any delay occurs.

918 KIS reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of Terms & Conditions. In such situations, 918 KIS may require additional documentation before approving the withdrawal.

918 KIS offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, daily cashback, reload bonuses, tournaments, and VIP programmes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed at the time the offer is made.

General conditions applicable to all 918 KIS bonuses:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus one time only unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members
• 918 KIS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system (bonus abuse) may result in cancellation of the bonus, associated winnings, and closure of the account

918 KIS employs an automated detection system to identify abnormal betting patterns indicative of bonus abuse. Players found to be engaging in bonus hunting or other methods of manipulating wagering requirements will be subject to disciplinary action.

918 KIS offers a wide range of online games including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, poker, Live Casino, football and badminton Sports Betting. Each game has its own specific rules displayed within the respective game interface.

General rules applicable to all games on 918 KIS:

• All games use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure fair and random outcomes
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is as stated in that game's information page
• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during gameplay, 918 KIS will use system records to determine the valid outcome
• Bets placed before a resolved technical failure will be deemed valid; bets disrupted by a system failure will be returned to the member's balance
• 918 KIS's decision in any dispute relating to game outcomes is final

For sports betting games such as football and badminton, the odds displayed are accurate at the time of display but may change based on market movements. 918 KIS reserves the right to void or reduce the payout on any bet accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 918 KIS platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of bots and automation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play, collect data, or manipulate the system
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or poker
• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud 918 KIS or other players by any means
• Money laundering: Using the 918 KIS platform as a channel to transfer, conceal, or process illicit funds
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using another person's identity, or employing any other method to obtain bonuses unlawfully
• Hacking or interference: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the operations of the 918 KIS system
• Disclosure of information: Sharing your account login credentials with others

918 KIS cooperates with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities in investigating and reporting any criminal activity identified through our platform. Members found to be involved in unlawful activities may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum amount that can be wagered in a single session or within a specified period
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit that you are comfortable with
• Self-Exclusion: Choose to take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a longer period
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently self-exclude from the 918 KIS platform

918 KIS reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close the account of any member showing signs of a gambling problem, even without a request from the member concerned. Such action is taken solely to protect that member's best interests.

The 918 KIS platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 918 KIS makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

918 KIS is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network failures, power outages, or natural disasters
• Game outcomes resulting from equipment failure or the user's internet connection issues
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password confidential
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate information provided by third parties

In no event shall 918 KIS's maximum liability to any member exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the 918 KIS support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance with withdrawal requirements.

918 KIS reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation
• Use of the platform by underage individuals (under 21 years of age)
• Confirmed bonus abuse or collusion
• Orders from competent authorities

Should an account be terminated due to a breach of Terms & Conditions, 918 KIS reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in that account, including any pending withdrawals. This decision is final and non-appealable.

918 KIS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Members may be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the 918 KIS platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not agree with the changes should discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the member and 918 KIS will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body.

918 KIS is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and in a timely manner. The official complaints procedure is as follows:

2. Clearly state the nature of your complaint and all relevant details, including the transaction ID where applicable
3. The 918 KIS support team will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours
4. A full investigation will be completed within 7 working days
5. A written decision will be issued to the complainant upon conclusion of the review
